1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Wouver (web or Android app), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent) to register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, PIN, and biometric data confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. What Wouver Is
Wouver is a verified creator directory , a trust and discovery layer, not a marketplace. We display profiles, portfolios and listings supplied by sellers and service providers. We do not sell products, provide services, or act as a party to any transaction between users.
4. The Inquiry Flow
Tapping "I'm Interested" sends a message to the creator and logs an inquiry on your device. Continuing the conversation on WhatsApp, agreeing a price, and arranging delivery are all handled directly between you and the creator, outside Wouver.
5. Off-Platform Payments & Transactions
Wouver does not process, hold, guarantee or mediate any payment. All money changes hands directly between you and the creator , mobile money, cash, bank transfer or otherwise , entirely at your own arrangement and risk. Wouver is not liable for disputes, non-delivery, or non-payment arising from off-platform transactions.
6. Verification & Trust Score
A verified badge means our team manually reviewed the profile's identity and completeness , it is not a guarantee of the quality, timeliness or outcome of any work or sale. The Trust Score is computed from verification level, ratings and completed-interaction history; see our Platform Policy for the full methodology.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: create fake or duplicate profiles, post illegal/counterfeit/misleading listings, spam creators through the Inquiry flow, falsely mark an inquiry as completed, manipulate ratings or the Trust Score, or interfere with the platform's security.
8. Notifications
By enabling push notifications you consent to receive inquiry, verification-status and platform-announcement messages via Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can opt out anytime from Profile → Notifications or your device settings.
9. Intellectual Property
All Wouver trademarks, logos, design system and code are owned by Wouver. Creators retain rights to their listings and portfolios; by uploading, they grant Wouver a license to display them in the directory.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit fraudulent verification claims, or misuse the Inquiry flow. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
11. Changes & Contact
