About Wouver
A verified creator directory, not a marketplace. We help you find and trust real sellers and service providers worldwide , you handle the deal directly with them.
Our Mission
To be the world's trusted place to find who to work with. We manually verify creators, sellers and service providers, surface a public Trust Score on every profile, and connect you directly to them , in one bilingual app. What happens after that (price, timing, payment) is between you and them.
Everything You Can Do
Directory & Discovery
Browse verified creators, sellers and service providers by category, city or reputation. Products and services are shown as portfolio work , not a checkout cart.
Manual Verification
Every profile is reviewed by our team before it earns a verified badge. Verification checks identity and profile completeness , see exactly what it does and doesn't guarantee in our Platform Policy.
Public Trust Score
Every profile carries a public Trust Score based on verification level, ratings and completed-interaction history , so you can judge credibility before you reach out.
Inquiry & WhatsApp Handoff
Tap "I'm Interested" to send a pre-filled message, then continue the conversation directly with the creator on WhatsApp. You arrange price, timing and delivery together.
Off-Platform Payments, By Design
Wouver never touches money. Payment and fulfilment happen directly between you and the creator, however you both prefer , mobile money, cash, or bank transfer.
Bilingual EN/FR
The entire app , profiles, inquiries, legal pages , is available in English and French, switchable anytime from Settings.
Push Notifications
Get notified the moment a creator responds to your inquiry, or your verification status changes , powered by Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Account Security
PIN + biometric account lock and encrypted local storage protect your identity and profile , not a wallet balance, since Wouver never holds your money.
Native Mobile App
Full Android app with offline browsing, native back-button handling and safe-area aware UI.
