All users must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or threatening behavior towards other users is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

• Communicate respectfully with creators
• Report issues through official channels before leaving a negative review
• Do not spam creators with identical or unsolicited inquiries
• Only mark an inquiry "completed" if the interaction genuinely happened
• Check the profile's badge and Trust Score before arranging any payment

• List only authentic work with accurate descriptions
• Use real photos of your own products or work (no stock images)
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
• Keep your profile and portfolio up to date
• Complete the verification process honestly and accurately
• Do not manipulate reviews or your Trust Score

• Creating fake, duplicate, or impersonating profiles
• Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans
• Misusing the Inquiry flow to spam creators
• Falsely marking an inquiry as "completed"
• Fake reviews or Trust Score manipulation
• Sharing other users' personal information
• Using bots or automated systems to exploit the platform

Wouver is a directory, not a party to any transaction , all payments, delivery and fulfilment happen off-platform, directly between users, so we cannot mediate disputes about them. We do review reports of policy violations (fake profiles, harassment, fraudulent verification claims) and may suspend accounts found in violation. Resolve transaction disagreements directly with the other party.

Wouver does not process, guarantee, or mediate any payment arranged between users. We are not liable for off-platform financial disputes, non-delivery, or non-payment. Always check the profile's verification badge and Trust Score before you pay , and never send payment information through Wouver itself.

Every profile's Trust Score is computed from three inputs: verification level (our team's manual identity and profile review), ratings, and completed-interaction history. It is a trust signal to help you judge credibility , not insurance, and not a guarantee of the quality or outcome of any work or sale.

If you witness or experience a policy violation, report it immediately through our support channels. Provide as much detail as possible including the profile link, screenshots, and a description of the incident. All reports are investigated confidentially.
